FREEZE POLICY

​

Active 12 month Unlimited Training Members in good standing may be placed on an one time inactive (FREEZE) status for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months.

 

Freezes may be requested in MONTHLY INCREMENTS ONLY!  Requests must be via a signed "Freeze Request Form" and must be submitted prior to the freeze start date. 

 

Freezes WILL NOT be granted retroactively.  Please allow 7-10 days for your request to be processed.

*** Approvals of freezes are at the discretion of (facility) Management. ***
