JUMP START
Improve fundamental athletic skills and confidence for young athletes, ages 7 to 11. The Program teaches the foundation skills which produce better athletes.

PARISI TOTAL PERFORMANCE
This program develops and enhances athletic performance for athletes ages 12 to 18. The Total Performance Program is guaranteed to:

• Decrease Susceptibility to Injury
• Boost Confidence
P.E.A.K
Designed for the high-performance high school, college and professional athlete. The P.E.A.K. program has been proven to help athletes:

• Increase their vertical jump
• Break their all-time max lift
• Maximize their agility
• Improve flexibility
• Recover faster
