Summer Training Options

One more college year is in the books! The classes might stop but your training can't.


Summer is the time to focus on your individual development and to build a strong foundation for the upcoming season.


  • Improve your speed, strength, and endurance.

  • Work on injury prevention

  • We'll evaluate your athletic foundational strengths and weaknesses and then work with you to improve technique and sports-specific speed and strength. 


For those of you who are home, packet in hand, we have several training options. Check them out, give us a call (908-455-1833) or come down to our Sports desk in the lower level of HealthQuest to discuss your specific needs.(Ask Coach Craig for an invitation to the TP3 sessions.)
