In Season – Maintain the gains you’ve made and keep your strength, endurance, and speed for those big matches at the end of the season. Research shows that the strength and conditioning gains from the off-season can start to diminish within just 3-4 weeks if not maintained; you don’t want to lose your edge when you need it most.  And, in-season training can help you stay injury-free. Athletes who continue training while in-season have been found to reduce their risk of injury by as much as 50%. *

Continue to train during the season to maintain your strength, speed, cardiovascular endurance, explosiveness, and reduce your risk of injury.
